Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RankIt! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RankIt mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using RankIt, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Subscription, Free Trial, and Payment

  • Free Trial: New users are entitled to a one-time free trial period of one week. After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to the monthly fee unless canceled during the trial period.

  • Subscription Fee: RankIt operates on a subscription model with a monthly fee, this fee can vary on different countries and be updated in the future.

  • Payment: Payments are processed through the app store used for the download (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

  • Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your app store account settings. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

2. Features and Services

  • RankIt provides photography analysis and additional tools to enhance the experience of photographers.

  • Features may be updated, modified, or removed at our discretion. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users via the App or email.

3. User Conduct

  • You agree to use RankIt responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Misuse of the App, including but not limited to unauthorized data extraction, harassment of other users, or attempts to disrupt the service, may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and software related to RankIt are the property of RankIt or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of RankIt without express permission.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using RankIt, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined therein.

6. Force Majeure

  • RankIt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions (“Force Majeure”). In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as possible.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of RankIt, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations.

  • If the dispute is not resolved through negotiations, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or, if necessary, binding arbitration under the rules of the Corte Española de Arbitraje (Spanish Arbitration Court). Any arbitration shall be conducted in Madrid, Spain, and in the Spanish language.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • RankIt is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RankIt.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to RankIt at any time if you violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws courts of Madrid, Spain.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of RankIt after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

  • For significant changes, we will notify you via the App or email to ensure transparency regarding modifications to our service.
